WHO IS COVERED: The company offers this Iimited warranty to only you, the customer listed on this repair order invoice. It cannot be transferred to any other person.
WHAT IS COVERED: The Company warrants the workmanship of our labor performed in conjunction with repairs for 90 days (“the Warranty Period'). Said Warranty Period commencing on the date ('Invoice Date') that the repairs are completed. The following items will void this Limited Warranty; if the failure was caused by misuse, abuse, lack of or improper maintenance, accident, alterations, overheating, and/or lack of lubrication or coolant. For any failure caused by the company's workmanship (labor) covered by this Limited Warranty, the company will either repair or replace such failure, at its option, in a company facility.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: All items/machines must be returned to our shop for inspection and determination within 10 days from the date of the sales invoice covering said items. You must retain copies of your Repair Orders/Invoices, and, upon request, be able to present them to us when requesting coverage under this Limited Warranty. Upon return of the items/machine to you, you must pay for any parts, labor, products, expenses, freight, and taxes that the company is not obligated to provide or pay for under this Limited Warranty.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED: Repairs that are still covered by a manufacturer's warranty or recall or other third-party warranty/service contracts. The company's Limited Warranty shall be secondary to any such warranty or service contract that provides coverage for repair claims covered hereunder. Damage caused by you for failure to use manufacturer approved fluids, or the lack thereof, including but not limited to oil, antifreeze, and DEF. Any failure or damage resulting from your failure to perform maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations; your failure to maintain appropriate fluid levels (e.g. oil, water, DEF, transmission fluid); your continued operation of the machine/items after warning indications; modification or operation of the machine/items in a manner that is not in conformance with the manufacturer's specifications or intended use; an accident or collision; your use of improper or contaminated fluids including fuel, and/or misuse, abuse, tampering, negligence, theft, vandalism, or acts of nature or God.
INSPECTION RIGHTS: The company reserves the right to inspect the machine/items and any parts removed from or installed in the machine/items both prior to and after a repair is performed pursuant to a claim made under this Limited Warranty
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY: The performance of labor to effect repairs is the exclusive remedy available under this written Limited Warranty IMPLIED WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: The only warranty on parts and products sold in conjunction with repairs performed by the manufacturer or supplier of said parts or products. Except for the limited warranty on the workmanship of our labor, the company expressly disclaims all implied warranties including any implied warranties of the merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose for any period beyond the warranty period.
NO ASSUMPTION I OF LIABILITY: The company does not authorize any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sales of any parts or products of this repair.
THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS
STORAGE CHARGES: I understand and agree that a daily storage charge may be assessed if I fail to pick up the machine/items after being notified that the repairs have been completed. Storage charges will accrue at the rate of $45.00 per day beginning 15 days after the repair has been completed. Storage fees will also accrue at the same charge if I fail to authorize repairs to be performed within three days after the date of communication from the company.
DISASSEMBLY/REASSEMBLY CHARGES: If you authorize disassembly of the machine/items or a machine component to provide an estimate or commencement of repairs and do not authorize completion of a repair or service, a charge will be imposed for disassembly, reassembly or partially completed work and you agree to pay the same. Such charges will be directly related to the actual amount of labor and parts involved in the inspection, repair, or service. I have been advised that disassembly of the machine/items may prevent the restoration of the machine/items to its prior condition.
DELAYS AND LEGAL LIABILITY: I understand and agree that the company is not responsible for any delays caused by the unavailability of parts or shipping by the supplier or transporter or any losses or downtime relating to such delays, nor is it responsible for loss or damage to the machine/items or articles left in our facility in the event of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond its control. The company will not be responsible for personal property.
Titan Tool, Inc.
Warranty Titan Tool, Inc., (“Titan”) warrants that at the time of delivery to the original purchaser for use (“End User”), the equipment covered by this warranty is free from defects in material and workmanship. With the exception of any special, limited, or extended warranty published by Titan, Titan’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing without charge those parts which, to Titan’s reasonable satisfaction, are shown to be defective within twelve (12) months after sale to the End User. This warranty applies only when the unit is installed and operated in accordance with the recommendations and instructions of Titan. This warranty does not apply in the case of damage or wear caused by abrasion, corrosion or misuse, negligence, accident, faulty installation, substitution of non-Titan component parts, or tampering with the unit in a manner to impair normal operation. Defective parts are to be returned to an authorized Titan sales/service outlet. All transportation charges, including return to the factory, if necessary, are to be borne and prepaid by the End User. Repaired or replaced equipment will be returned to the End User transportation prepaid.
THERE IS NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY. TITAN HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED IS LIMITED TO THE TIME PERIOD SPECIFIED IN THE EXPRESS WARRANTY. IN NO CASE SHALL TITAN LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES IS EXCLUDED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TITAN MAKES NO WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO ACCESSORIES, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS OR COMPONENTS SOLD BUT NOT MANUFACTURED BY TITAN. THOSE ITEMS SOLD, BUT NOT MANUFACTURED BY TITAN (SUCH AS GAS ENGINES, SWITCHES, HOSES, ETC.) ARE SUBJECT TO THE WARRANTY, IF ANY, OF THEIR MANUFACTURER. TITAN WILL PROVIDE THE PURCHASER WITH REASONABLE ASSISTANCE IN MAKING ANY CLAIM FOR BREACH OF THESE WARRANTIES.

If the motor fails from normal use, we'll replace it under warranty to the original owner for the life of the sprayer. Excludes normal brush wear. (Validation of brush wear is required on motors with brushes, contact Graco Warranty for details.)
LIFETIME Drive Train Warranty
If the drive train fails from normal use, we'll replace it under warranty to the original owner for the life of the sprayer. Excludes bearing housing, connecting rod, clutch surface.
3-YEAR Warranty
Coverage against defects in materials and workmanship on the entire sprayer to the original purchaser. Does not include wear parts.
1-YEAR Warranty
Coverage against defects in materials and workmanship on the entire sprayer to the original purchaser. Does not include wear parts.

Warranty and service supplied by manufacturer.
30-DAY "Just Add Paint" Replacement Guarantee
If it does not meet your needs, simply return the sprayer the the place you bought it within 30 days. They'll either exchange it for an identical sprayer or you can trade-up to a larger Graco sprayer at an additional cost.

TriTech Industries, Incorporated (TriTech) warrants that at the time of of original receipt, purchase and/or delivery to the original purchaser for use, the product(s) covered by this warranty is/are free from defects in the material and workmanship in its manufacture. With the exception of any special, limited, or extended warranty published by TriTech, TriTech’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing without charge or replacing those parts which, to TriTech’s reasonable satisfaction, are shown to be defective within twelve (12) months after sale to the original purchaser. This warranty applies only when the product is installed and operated in accordance with the instructions of TriTech.
This warranty does not apply in the case of damage or wear caused by abrasion, corrosion or misuse, negligence, accident, faulty installation, substitution of non-TriTech component parts, or tampering with the product in a manner that will or has impair(ed) normal operation.
Defective parts must to be returned to an authorized sales or service company or TriTech. All transportation and/or shipping charges, including return to the factory, if necessary, are the responsibility of the original purchaser. Repaired or replaced products will be returned to the original purchaser with transportation and/or shipping charges prepaid by TriTech.
