Our parent company, American Products is a manufacturer of complex ultra-high precision machined components and assemblies for the aerospace and military industries. Our pumps are made in the same factory as components for Patriot missiles and Boeing Aircrafts!

TriTech’s Tungsten Carbide is a patented proprietary blend for longer duty life and reliability. Our proprietary blend falls on the hardness scale at about 92 (diamond is 100) and our competition uses a blend that is between 60-70 on the hardness scale.

  • Tungsten carbide inlet and outlet balls are heavier and outlast stainless steel balls, which is used b the competition on their pumps.  The increased weight allows the check balls to seat 4 time faster than stainless steel.
  • Our Tungsten Carbide tips use a much harder material which means they will last much longer before needing replaced.

With the use of aerospace grade materials, no component in the fluid manifold will ever rust, extending the duty life of the packings, piston rod and seats. Our competition uses plated steel for their piston rod which over time will rust and cause premature wear on the entire unit!

Our Precision Motor Control is possible because our microprocessor (minicomputer) is programmed to perform at maximum efficiency for each tip size ensuring consistent spray pattern at all pressure settings.

Our warranty is the best available on airless spray equipment.

  • Lifetime warranty on motor and drive train, including motor brushes.
  • 2-year bumper to bumper - Tri Tech will replace any defective part for 2 years.  This includes all components in the control box and all frame components.  this includes a 1-time replacement of piston rod and packings if necessary (repack kit and labor).  Filters and syphons are the only things excluded.
